PROJECT MANAGER
Project Manager to research, plan and manage construction projects of
residential and commercial buildings. Research zoning codes for site planning;
Manage construction documents; Determine and select construction details;
Prepare and manage construction budgets; Proficiency in the following is
required to ensure code compliance: FBC, NFPA, ADA, and FHA codes.
Requires experience with technical and structural systems, constructions
materials, and budgeting, AutoCAD and B.A. in Architecture or Engineering
plus 3 years of relevant experience.
